Entrupy compares high-resolution images of the bag with a huge database that is constantly optimized using machine learning. This checks the smallest features of the bag that are not visible to the human eye. If the bag is original, Entrupy issues a certificate that proves its originality. If Entrupy cannot clearly determine that the item is original, it will also create a certificate for this.

Please note that only bags and wallets can be tested . Additional products such as shoulder straps cannot be tested.
Order your certificate now, send us your bag insured and receive it back after inspection including a certificate of authenticity. If your bag is not an original, you will also receive confirmation of this from us. The insured return shipping is included in the price.

Since these are vintage models, in some cases a slightly unpleasant smell may occur due to prolonged storage.
In certain Louis Vuitton models—particularly the Jeune Fille, Cloud, Monceau, and Chantilly—the side and small interior compartments are often glued shut. This is a typical flaw in these models. We recommend not using these compartments. The large main compartment is unaffected and can be used without restrictions.
The overall condition of our bags and wallets is categorized as follows:

Delivery time & return
Delivery time
Our delivery time is 1-3 business days within Germany. Outside Germany, the delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping time depends on the shipping partner in the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email.
Express shipping
With the "Express Shipping" option, orders received and paid between Mon - Fri by 10am will be delivered the next working day (no Saturday delivery).
Shipment
Shipping is free within Germany and the EU.
Returns
If you don't like the item you ordered, you are of course entitled to your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Returns within Germany are also free of charge. If you would like to make use of this option, please contact us by email .
Sealed goods (with a lead seal) can only be exchanged if the seal has not been removed or damaged.
Please note that these terms and conditions do not constitute a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
