Generally
Are the bags on offer originals?
Yes.
Every bag is tested with Entrupy before it goes on sale. Entrupy is a groundbreaking technological solution that reliably verifies the authenticity of designer bags. Entrupy compares high-resolution images of the bag with a massive database that's continuously optimized using machine learning. This process checks the smallest features of the bag that are invisible to the human eye. Only when Entrupy confirms its authenticity does the bag go on sale. If you purchase a bag from us, you can have an Entrupy certificate issued in addition to our invoice.
Our global intermediaries, with whom we work very closely, provide us with further security. They also inspect every bag before it reaches us. No bag goes on sale until we are 100% sure it's an original.
Is it possible to view the bags from the online shop?
Yes.
You're welcome to view the bags from our online shop in our boutique in Cologne. No appointment is necessary. Simply drop by the boutique during our opening hours. You can find all the information about the boutique and our opening hours here .
How does the purchase work?
We're selling your bag under the motto "Bag Happiness ." Send us three to five compelling photos of each bag. You can do so via WhatsApp (0173 322 7740). We'll then get back to you with a personalized offer.

Is it possible to reserve a bag?
No.
Unfortunately, reservations are not possible, as each bag is unique. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Which payment options are accepted at Glück & Glanz?
We offer the following payment options:
- Prepayment (bank transfer)
- Paypal
- Apple Pay
- Instant transfer
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Klarna invoice

What happens after the purchase?
After you have successfully purchased a bag, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you chose to pay in advance, this email will also contain our bank details for payment. In rare cases, the confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive an email immediately after completing your purchase.
If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service by email .
Please pay for the bag within 3 days. If payment is not received after this period, the item will automatically be relisted and your rights to the item will expire.
Shipment
As soon as we receive your order and payment, your order will be shipped.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free within Germany and the EU (European Union). Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to any other countries.
When will my order be shipped?
The delivery time for your order is 1-3 working days. Your order will be shipped after payment has been received. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with all the shipment details.
Will my order be shipped insured?
All bags are shipped insured via DHL. You will also receive a tracking number by email that you can use to track the status of your package.
Right of withdrawal and guarantee
If you do not like the goods you ordered, you can easily exchange them
How can I return my order?
Please email us within 14 days and let us know that you would like to return something.
We will send you a return label from DHL. We will refund the invoice amount promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of the contract.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
If the bag has been used, compensation can be claimed.
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for bags purchased in our boutique.
Is there a guarantee?
We offer a 12-month warranty on all items. Should an item you purchased break within this period and improper use is excluded, please contact us.
Normal signs of wear and tear as well as wearing parts such as drawstrings are excluded from the warranty.
