Every bag is checked with Entrupy before it goes on sale. Entrupy is a groundbreaking technological solution that reliably checks the authenticity of designer bags. Entrupy compares high-resolution images of the bag with a huge database that is constantly optimized using machine learning. The smallest features of the bag that are not visible to the human eye are checked. The bag only goes on sale if Entrupy confirms its originality. If you buy a bag from us, you can have an Entrupy certificate issued in addition to our invoice.

Our global intermediaries, with whom we work very closely, provide us with further security. They also check every bag before it reaches us. No bag goes on sale until we are 100% sure that it is an original.

Yes.

You are welcome to view the bags from the online shop in our boutique in Cologne. You do not need to make an appointment. Simply drop by the boutique during our opening hours. You can find all information about the boutique and our opening hours here .

We sell your bag under the motto "Bag Happiness" . Send us 3 to 5 meaningful photos per bag. Preferably via WhatsApp (0173 322 7740) or by email (info@glueckundglanz.de).

Purchase process

Here you will find all the information you need about buying from us. If you have any questions or need advice, you can send us an email or call us at any time.

Unfortunately, reservations are not possible as each bag is unique. We ask for your understanding.

We offer the following payment options:

  • Prepayment (bank transfer)
  • Paypal
  • Apple Pay
  • Instant transfer
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
  • Klarna invoice
  • Klarna installment purchase. You can find all information about installment payments here.

After you have successfully purchased a bag, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you have chosen to pay in advance, you will also receive our bank details with this email to pay for the bag. In rare cases, the confirmation email may end up in your spam folder. Please check there if you do not receive an email immediately after completing your purchase.

If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact our customer service by email .

Please pay for the bag within 3 days. If payment has not been received after this period, the item will automatically go back on sale and your claim to the item will expire.

Shipment

As soon as we have received your order and payment, your order will be shipped.

Shipping is free within Germany. Shipping costs within Europe are 15.90€.


The delivery time for your order is 1-3 working days. Your order will be shipped after payment has been received. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with all the shipment details.

All bags are shipped insured via DHL. You will also receive a tracking number by email that you can use to track the status of your package.

Right of withdrawal and guarantee

If you do not like the goods you ordered, you can easily exchange them

Please email us within 14 days and let us know that you would like to return something.

We will send you a return label from DHL. We will refund the invoice amount promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of the contract.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If the bag has been used, compensation can be claimed.

Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for bags purchased in our boutique.

We provide a 12-month warranty on all items.

If an item you have purchased breaks within this period and improper use is excluded, please contact us.

Usual signs of wear and tear as well as wearing parts such as drawstrings are excluded from the warranty.
