Entrupy compares high-resolution images of the bag with a massive database, continuously optimized using machine learning. This process checks the smallest features of the bag that are invisible to the human eye. If the bag is genuine, Entrupy issues a certificate proving its authenticity. If Entrupy cannot clearly determine that the item is genuine, it also creates a certificate confirming this.

Please note that only bags and wallets can be inspected. Additional items such as shoulder straps cannot be inspected.

Since these are vintage models, in some cases a slightly unpleasant smell may occur due to prolonged storage.
In certain Louis Vuitton models—particularly the Jeune Fille, Cloud, Monceau, and Chantilly—the side and small interior compartments are often glued shut. This is a typical flaw in these models. We recommend not using these compartments. The large main compartment is unaffected and can be used without restrictions.

Delivery Time

Our delivery time is 1-3 business days within Germany. Outside Germany, the delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days after receipt of payment. Shipping time depends on the shipping partner in the destination country. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number via email.
Express shipping
With the "Express Shipping" option, orders received and paid between Mon - Fri by 10am will be delivered the next working day (no Saturday delivery).
Shipment
Shipping is free within Germany and the EU.
Returns
If you don't like the item you ordered, you are of course entitled to your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Returns within Germany are also free of charge. If you would like to make use of this option, please contact us by email .
Sealed goods (with a lead seal) can only be exchanged if the seal has not been removed or damaged.
