Entrupy compares high-resolution images of the bag with a huge database that is constantly optimized using machine learning. This checks the smallest features of the bag that are not visible to the human eye. If the bag is original, Entrupy issues a certificate that proves its originality. If Entrupy cannot clearly determine that the item is original, it will also create a certificate for this.

Order your certificate now, send us your bag insured and receive it back after inspection including a certificate of authenticity. If your bag is not an original, you will also receive confirmation of this from us. The insured return shipping is included in the price.
All bags and wallets are delivered in a Glück & Glanz dust bag.Please note that you can see the condition of the bags and wallets very well in the photos.Vintage bags and wallets can take on a slightly unpleasant smell due to long-term storage.In the Jeune Fille, Cloud, Monceau and Chantilly models, the side and small inner compartments are usually glued, which is a typical shortcoming of these Louis Vuitton models. We recommend not using these compartments. The large main compartment is not affected and can be used.* The overall condition of the bags and wallets can be rated as: new and unused, as good as new, very good, good, used, heavily used, worn, heavily worn.
Delivery time
Our delivery time is 1-3 working days within Germany. Outside Germany, the delivery time is approximately 5-10 working days after receipt of payment. The shipping time depends on the shipping partner in the destination country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking number by email.
Express shipping
With the "Express Shipping" option, orders received and paid for Monday - Friday by 10 a.m. will be delivered the next working day (no Saturday delivery).
Shipment
Shipping is free within Germany. Shipping within Europe costs 15.90€.
Returns
If you do not like the item you ordered, you are of course entitled to the statutory right of cancellation of 14 days. Returns within Germany are also free of charge. If you would like to make use of a return, please contact us by email .
Sealed goods (delivered with a lead seal) can only be exchanged if the seal has not been removed or damaged.
